If you don’t learn to handle stress and reduce anxiety, you may end up losing your physical health as well. From the age of 9, Raewyn Weller watched her 10-year-old sister’s health cruelly robbed by diabetes. Over time, limbs were amputated, blindness and quality of life deteriorated, culminating in early death. The impact on young Raewyn was her lifelong mission to improve people’s health. She saw a relationship between mental and physical health and she now teaches people how to train their minds so they do not undermine their bodies. Join me as I interview Raewyn Weller, a lifelong holistic health advocate and expert as she shares strategies to help us reduce stress and anxiety in our bodies.
